company
Shin Chi Forging Co., Ltd. was
founded in 1980. Its founder, Mr. Lai Chin-Yi,
driven by his passion and vision for the forging industry, carved out a place
of his own in Dali Industrial District, a machinery manufacturing hub in
Taichung. Although the company started on a small scale, Mr. Lai adhered to his
commitment to quality and innovation, determined to make Shin Chi a leading
professional hot forging company in Taiwan.
Over the past four decades, Shin Chi
has grown and transformed continuously. In 2015, to enhance energy efficiency
and environmental performance, the company invested in advanced high-frequency
induction furnace and expanded with 1,000-ton large forging machine,
comprehensively modernizing its production line. In 2019, to meet the growing
production demand, Shin Chi established a second manufacturing plant in Douliu
city, Yunlin County.
Throughout these forty years, Shin Chi's
product line has spanned automotive, machinery, agricultural machinery,
bicycles, various vehicle components, and hardware hand tools. With over a
thousand products developed through outsourcing, Shin Chi has become one of
Taiwan's most powerful contract forging manufacturers.
Looking ahead, Shin Chi will uphold
its founding spirit, continuing to innovate in materials, processes, and
automation to keep pace with industry trends like vehicle lightweighting and
new energy. The company aims to provide customers with superior hot-forged
products and services. Sustainable operations, green manufacturing, and
reducing its carbon footprint are essential foundations for Shin Chi's
continued growth, as it joins hands with industry partners to stride towards an
even brighter future.
